Safe and Careful Springtime Commercial Roof Maintenance
Every spring we remind our customers of the importance of preventative maintenance for their commercial roofs because spring is an ideal time to address any wear and tear that the winter season may have brought before summer storms do their thing. This year’s reminder comes at a time when we realize that commercial roof maintenance might not be top of mind for many of you right now. We’re here to make it easy.
Our mission at Ridgeworth Roofing is to provide professional and personalized service and deliver the finest end products possible. A large part of that during the coronavirus pandemic involves even more careful thought and action. We have taken considerable measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and our team members while we continue to deliver the best service and results in the business. Our mission continues, just at a larger distance.
We are still hard at work. You can reach our office, right now accessible to only a few staff members, with a quick phone call or email. Although we miss seeing our customers in person, we’re avoiding those interactions until it’s safe to do so again, conducting business meetings remotely and with plenty of photographs and technology. We’ve directed our crew members to follow general health protocols—careful hand washing and coughing into sleeves—and to stay home if they’re feeling unwell. They’re also maintaining distance between themselves while at work. You can read about our other protective measures in our previous blog post.
Our current approach does not detract from the quality of service we have always provided. Our experts will walk your roof, clean up litter and debris, clear drains and downspouts, and check for any damage to roof materials. They’ll communicate with you any issues they find, and will address them as needed, working within your budget and with health and safety always in mind. We’ll ensure that your roof is ready for the months ahead. And, as always, if you have an emergency situation with your commercial roof—a leak or visible damage after a severe storm, for example—call us and we’ll be there to take care of it.
Your commercial roof doesn’t know we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Neither does Mother Nature, who will continue to bring rain, hail, high winds and other severe conditions that can harm your roof. Give us a call today to schedule your annual preventative maintenance. We’ll take care of the details so you don’t have to worry about them.
We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy as we weather this storm.
