Thankful Every Day

This time of year offers an opportunity to reflect on the many blessings in our lives. It’s a time to step back and think about the things we’re most thankful for in life: family, friends, good health, a place to call home, love, and laughter. These things bring joy and comfort to our lives, in good times and in bad.

This past year has been a challenging one for the Petrick family, but it has served as a valuable reminder of what’s most important to us. Our friends and family—and the love and support they offer us throughout life’s ups and downs—give us reasons every day to be thankful. We don’t want to ever take them for granted.

With that in mind this Thanksgiving, we offer you some reminders:

If you love someone, tell them—and tell them often. Visit those you haven’t seen in a while. Pick up the phone.

If you’re wrong, admit it. Sometimes relationships can be challenging. Sometimes you’re the challenging one.

Cherish your friends and family, always. Time with them is precious, and someday you’ll wish you had more. Enjoy the moments, big and small.

Today, consider what matters most in your life. Celebrate it—and remember to continue celebrating it in the days ahead.
