Tim Gallagher, senior vice president of Captive Resources, LLC in Itasca, explained that this award is given to a top performing company in RIL that is measured by its overall metrics relative to its risk control assessment evaluation, which measures the company’s safety protocols and documented safety, their funding base loss ratio, and its OSHA total reportable metrics.
