Project Overview

The warehouse facility’s roof system didn’t appear to be functioning properly. Ridgeworth inspected the existing roof, determined that it was in very poor condition, and recommended a full roof replacement. After exploring alternative solutions with other contractors and deciding what was best for the building, the building owners selected Ridgeworth to install a new roof system. Ridgeworth completely removed the existing roof system and obsolete rooftop equipment. They utilized their longtime relationship with distributor Bone Roofing Supply to obtain favorable pricing on GAF roofing and insulation and Velux commercial prismatic skylights. Ridgeworth’s experts then installed a code-compliant GAF TPO roof system set over GAF isocyanurate insulation, which will provide energy savings for years to come. Ridgeworth also replaced the building’s older acrylic skylights with 31 Prismatic skylights, which will provide plenty of daylight inside the building and help reduce energy bills.
